Good sound. I am using two of these speakers with floor speakers for the front and they sound great. This is my first surround sound system so I am do not have something to compare it to but overall I am happy with the purchase. I would suggest you measure the template that is provided because it is a little confusing.

I installed two outside speakers long ago and when I decided to install more inside I had to wait quiet a while to get them as they were out of stock. I did not mind the wait for I knew no other speaker would be as good.
