This volume control does what it's supposed to do. Relatively easy to install. Small connectors can be overcome with an extra set of hands at install. Best of all, easy to operate.

Comments about JA Audio JA Audio JA-VSL100 Impedance Matching Slider Volume Control:

I am really disappointed with this, and will probably replace with another volume control. The places to connect your speaker wire are so teenie tiny and so bad at holding on to the wire, it's an exercise in frustration. I guess if I would have used telephone wire instead of decent gauge speaker wire it might have worked, but I'm not even sure about that. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Inwallstore.com Response: ALL of the volume controls have this type of connection. Just one of the evils of the details with molex type connectors.

Remember everyone looking at these....only trim back about 1/8" to 3/16" of jacket, don't twist and use a precision screwdriver to tighten
